Question: What is the ruling on avoiding taxes in Canada?
Answer: The Muslim shall be a role model in non-Muslim countries, respect and observe the laws that do not interfere with his religion. Muslims shall avoid any tricks that might help her/him to rip illegal benefits or to that might let him violate private or public assets.
حكم التهرب من الضريب في بلاد غير المسلمين
فينبغي للمسلم أن يكون نموذجا حسنا في هذه البلدان في التزام القوانين التي لا تصادم دينه، وأن يحذر الحيل التي يتوصل بها إلى غير حقه، أو يعتدي بها على الأموال العامة أو الخاصة .
